We ordered a dozen personalized reward plaques. These came earlier than promised and were very impressive. Unfortunately, because of shipping and the nature of glass, one plaque arrived damaged. A quick email and the PERSONALIZED replacement plaque arrived in two days. Will definitely be ordering again.
