Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the scale of the engraving on the glass. I have made about four purchased this year and every other purchase has exceeded expectations. This one, unfortunately, does not rise to the same standard I had come to expect.
It was fine. I was able to chat with your business online, but every time I tried to call I got a busy signal. Seems weird for a 1-800 number.
