Ease of ordering was 5 stars, as was the speed with which the glass engraving was done and the speed of shipping. I had the glass in hand three days after placing the order! The quality is good. I would suggest that the actual engraving could have been deeper or bolder or more pronounced. Otherwise completely satisfied.
