The medals really looked great! The engraving process is a bit confusing so I did send a separate email describing what I wanted inscribed. One group of medals arrived with incorrect engraving, but K2 did ship out the corrected replacement medals in time for my event. I must say, the quality and appearance of these products was far superior to the vendor(s) products I have ordered in the past.
