The trophies were exactly what I wanted. The kids loved them, and the parents loved the inexpensive price. I loved that it was unlimited engraving (which was a main factor in choosing K2 over another trophy company). The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because the turn around time wasn't great. I ordered more than a week before I needed the trophies and the regular shipping would have gotten them to me on time. But it took K2 almost a week to produce the trophies, so they ended up having to be expedited to ensure delivery. K2 covered the additional cost, but it was still stressful seeing them not shipped when I needed them to be.
The trophy was fun and worth the price. The online ordering program could use adjustment because one of my players names wasn't included. Although I failed to review the final document, customer service could have been more cooperative. When I followed up a second time, I was advised the make up plate had shipped - only to receive an email a week later saying it had shipped. I interpreted her response that she didn't want to help me. I am going to another local business to fix the second plate. The trophies themselves are nice and the kids loved them.

I did not know the back would be open and hollow. Probably my fault for not looking at the different views but I would have chosen a different model if I knew that was the case. But the trophy looked good from the front.
