I sent K2 an image of what I would like to have inserted into the medal and it turned out AWESOME! The picture and medal part was unbelievably great. However, the ribbon part was cheaply made and looked horrible. For the medal part to look so great and then the ribbon to look cheap took away from what would have been five star review. The ribbon totally made the medal look like crap and childish. Terrible material. I had chosen the colors black and gold.. the black had a white thread showing through which was a great disappointment.
