I work for a non-profit mentoring program and we hosted a Banquet in which we honored graduating students and community partners. A customer service specialist contacted us after we made our order, showed us what our awards were going to look like, we went back and forth with a few changes, and both sides agreed, in less than a week our awards were on my doorstep. Everything went surprisingly well and was surprisingly simple.
