We ordered medallions and a plaque. All high quality and the ribbons were attached to the medallions already. The plaque is beautiful. Customer service was very kind in working with me. The customer service was great, reached out same day with a proof. When we submitted a logo that was not a good fit for the plaque they let us know this right away so we could re design and not hold up production. Would highly recommend again!

The product was very good. It exceeded my expectations and the detail was beautiful. Unfortunately, it arrived a day later than the guaranteed delivery date. However, customer service was very friendly and refunded my shipping costs. I would use K2 again
