The awards were simple, but very classy. Small in a good way which I would call dainty. The glass and white etching and simplicity allows the award to be displayed anywhere without clashing with the awardees interior office/home decor. Oh - and the customer service is AMAZING! They continued to make edits to the inscription promptly and were always willing to go the extra mile!!!!!

Overal, the experience - from placing the order to receiving the product - was very good. The ordering process was simple and problem-free, the follow-up from Customer Service to verify details quick and courteous and product quality meeting expectation. If there's anything I can think of that missed my expectation was the failure to follow a small instruction. I requested the title subscripts to be smaller than the name on the same line. If the instruction cannot be met, Customer Service should make it known.
