Quality item
We purchase a glass globe every year to give to an award winner each year in my organization. Everyone loves this globe! It is good value for the money. It is also a bit heavy which I think reflects the high quality. My order is always received well ahead of the scheduled delivery date and I have never had a problem with any order. Keep up the good work, K2Awards!
The globes look nice (and are heavy) and are placed in padded boxes. The plate could handle two lines of text easily. The font used was plain. The order was prepared and shipped promptly and arrived in good shape. I used online chat a couple of times to check some details and ask about the engraving. I was told I would receive a proof to approve of the engraving, but I did not. If I knew exactly what it would look like and the size of the engraving, I would have added a second line, but I was concerned the letters would be too small. I would also have preferred a different font if given the choice.
The crystal globe award was a hit and was very classy. K2 was very easy to work with and the customer service is one of the best. I recommend using them.
