I looked everywhere to find the Monster Basketball Trophy to match the Baseball trophy our little guys had just received and was happy to find them at a very affordable price. The shipping was quick and the personalization was great. We did get one that was damaged in shipment but Customer Service was easy to reach and replaced it with no hassle.

Order came quicker than expected and was accurate, I even emailed a change in the name of an award after the order was placed and it was correct upon arrival. Loved the trophy but it didn’t make it in time for our event even with extra paid shipping was to arrive on a Friday for our event for Saturday but didn’t arrive til Monday! Total waste of money
