The outside of the box had a big scratch on the front of it and the pieces were almost too small to use.
Poor quality product
I purchased a personalized chess board from K2. I was very impressed by the quality of the item as well as the engraving. They went out of their way to ensure that my personalization request was exactly the way I wanted it. Shipping was super fast. The only thing I was upset with was the actual size of the chess board. I expected it to be a bit bigger. I would definitely use K2 again.
