I order a nameplate each quarter and each quarter it is received exactly like it was ordered. They pay attention to the special instructions as well. The products is in hands by the specified dated suggested when ordered.
Ordered a trophy which came with 9 perpetual plates. This portion of the order was fine. My order included a second item which was for 8 additional perpetual plates ffir the trophy The font on the 8 additional plates did not match the 9 plates that were attached to the trophy. The size and scale of the lettering was significantly smaller. This despite having provided a detailed file for both components of the order as well as having approved the proof provided to me that had all of the fonts identical. I had numerous emails and calls to your customer service and it took me an additional 10 days to get a follow up order which only included 7 of the 8 plates. I again called customer service to request the final plate. 5 days later I received it only to find that it was again the smaller font. I have not yet reordered as my timeline for needing the completed trophy is long past. Additionally when I first called about the incorrect font I was told due to the issue I would only have to pay 50% of the standard pricing for the replacements. I agreed to the charge despite having approved a proof that was not consistent with what was received. The charge however was subsequently waived by a different service representative. That said I was really surprised when I read the initial email that referenced the charge for the replacements after receiving a order inconsistent with the approved proof.
