I came to K2 on an extremely tight timeline. The ordering process went well, the customer service and communications were fantastic and the end product was beautiful. From first contact to a excellent, delivered product in 4 business days!
I'm not sure what may have gone wrong but the upload of my artwork for the plaque failed. However, the next day I received an email asking if I wanted custom engraving and was able to attach the text to a reply email. The plague arrived within a few days and the layout and work exceeded expectations for the small price paid for the plaque. I've paid more for similar work from local shops and not had a great customer service experience like I had with K2. Well Done!
