i ordered two trophies for my sons, who coached their young soccer team. It was on short notice. I placed the order and quickly received a confirmation, from a real person with a real email. About 30 minutes later i realized I had made an order error. I emailed in, it was corrected immediately. Order tracking kept me apprised and the order arrived early. It was spot on as pictured, the engraving excellent. It is rare I write a review; I would unequivocally recommend K2. Service is hard to find these days. You will find it here.
