Pleasantly surprised (despite other 5 star reviews) at how high quality the product is. It looks and feels well done not the cheap plastic or fake wood look. The engraving looks great and the customer service was excellent, order fulfillment was fast!

I was attempting to make a replica of a coaches plaque that my husband would have received if it were not for COVID. I worked with Curby and he made any tweaks right away until it was perfect.
