Order placed online, received confirmation email with incorrect wording, I then called on the same day to have it correct which to my knowledge it had been but upon receiving my shipment later that week but I was disappointed. I called and asked to speak with a manager and was offered new face plates that I could just pop right off with a butter knife.... I then had order another single trophy for my group and was again disappointed as I received a basketball trophy instead of a softball trophy, I then called and emailed a picture which was corrected immediately by Kirby!! Shipment to be received today hopefully all goes well!!
