I requested a proof. When I called to make changes I was told that I would receive a proof that I never received. The product arrived without the proofing first. Called and I am now having to wait for new plates for my trophies. One of the trophies has a sachet. I was told to send a picture of the damage which in this case is impossible to do because it's on the 3D part that will not show up in the picture. No matter what angle I try to take the picture you cannot see it. So it's a no go here. On a positive note the computer pins I ordered are really nice and I know the students will love them. Thank you
